Feddy — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Feddy’s website, services, software tools, outreach systems, and related offerings.

By accessing or using Feddy services, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

Feddy provides done-for-you cold email outreach systems and related lead generation services for B2B service businesses.

Services may include:

  • Domain setup and management
  • Sending inbox provisioning
  • Deliverability configuration
  • Lead sourcing and verification
  • Cold email copywriting
  • Campaign management
  • Reply handling
  • Appointment booking
  • Reporting and optimization
  • Calendar integrations
  • CRM integrations
  • Consulting and strategy support

Specific deliverables are governed by separate client agreements where applicable.


2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have authority to act on behalf of your business
  • Your business activities are lawful
  • You will not use our services for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activities

3. No Guaranteed Results

Feddy does not guarantee:

  • Revenue outcomes
  • Closed deals
  • Client acquisition numbers
  • Specific response rates
  • Specific booking rates
  • Specific ROI

Any examples, projections, benchmarks, estimates, testimonials, or case-study style examples are illustrative only.

Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including:

  • Offer quality
  • Market conditions
  • Sales performance
  • Close rate
  • Lead quality alignment
  • Industry competition
  • Client responsiveness

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate onboarding information
  • Attending scheduled calls
  • Promptly responding to leads and booked meetings
  • Maintaining a functioning sales process
  • Closing their own deals
  • Reviewing campaign materials where requested
  • Maintaining lawful business practices
  • Complying with all applicable laws

Failure to cooperate may negatively impact campaign performance.


5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees are billed in advance
  • Payments are non-refundable once services begin
  • Clients authorize recurring billing where applicable
  • Late payments may result in paused services
  • Feddy may suspend work for unpaid invoices

Per-show or performance-related billing definitions are governed by the signed engagement agreement.


6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Feddy retains ownership of proprietary systems, processes, frameworks, and operational methods
  • Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, trademarks, offers, and internal business information
  • Outreach infrastructure, tools, automation systems, and proprietary workflows remain the property of Feddy unless explicitly transferred in writing

Clients may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute Feddy systems without written permission.


7. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use Feddy services for:

  • Fraudulent offers
  • Illegal services
  • Misleading claims
  • Adult content
  • Hate speech
  • Malware or phishing
  • Financial scams
  • Pyramid schemes
  • Harassment
  • Spam unrelated to agreed campaigns
  • Any activity violating applicable laws

Feddy reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion.


8. Email Outreach Compliance

Clients acknowledge that cold email outreach carries inherent risks including:

  • Spam complaints
  • Deliverability fluctuations
  • Domain reputation changes
  • Email filtering
  • Platform restrictions

Feddy will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain best practices for outreach operations.

However, Feddy does not guarantee inbox placement, sender reputation stability, or uninterrupted deliverability.


9. Third-Party Platforms

Feddy may rely on third-party tools and services including email infrastructure providers, CRMs, analytics platforms, scheduling software, and cloud systems.

We are not responsible for outages, limitations, policy changes, suspensions, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.


10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

Confidential information includes:

  • Business strategies
  • Pricing
  • Client lists
  • Internal systems
  • Sales data
  • Campaign performance data
  • Proprietary processes

This obligation survives termination of the relationship.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feddy shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Reputation damage
  • Deliverability issues caused by third parties

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Feddy during the previous three months of service.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feddy and its owners, contractors, affiliates, and team members from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your business activities
  • Your offers or sales practices
  • Your violation of laws
  • Your misuse of our services
  • Information or materials you provide to us
